02Where do I report a bug?
Email support@prodcrate.com with what happened, your app version, and your macOS version; a screenshot helps. If several things are failing at once, check the status page first.
03How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
Email support@prodcrate.com from the address on your account, and we confirm with you before anything is removed. If you want to keep your library, export it from Settings first.
04Can I request a feature?
Yes. Send it through the form with the topic set to Something else, or post it in the Discord. We read everything, and what ships is listed in the Changelog.
