01Which plan is right for me?
Free is for trying the library with a few packs. Solo is for a producer with one machine who wants everything safe and sorted. Producer is the plan most people land on: room for a full library, duplicate cleanup, and similarity search. Studio is for DJs and engineers with recorded sets and large stem folders.
02How does storage count against my plan?
We count what we store, after lossless conversion. WAV and AIFF files are converted to FLAC, which is 30 to 60% smaller with identical audio, so a 300 GB WAV library takes roughly 150 to 200 GB of your plan.
03What happens when I hit my storage limit?
Uploads pause and you get a notice. On paid plans you can add storage at $8 per TB per month or move up a plan. Nothing is deleted.
04What is the streaming allowance?
Playing or previewing a file on the web or phone streams it from the cloud. The allowance is how much you can stream per month before overage applies. Opening files through the Mac app after they’re pinned does not count. Most producers use well under their allowance.
05Will my Ableton projects still open?
Yes. The Mac app shows your library at a fixed path, and projects are stored self-contained with their samples. A project opens on any Mac with the app and Ableton installed. We never move a file a project depends on without updating the project first.
06Can I use it on a computer that isn’t mine?
Yes. Sign in to the web app from any browser to browse, stream, and download. Sign out and nothing stays on that machine.
07What does “automatic archive” mean?
Files you haven’t opened in 90 days move to lower-cost storage in the background. They stay in your library, still searchable, and open normally; the first open after a long gap may take a moment longer. This is how we keep plan prices low.
08Is lossless really lossless?
Yes. FLAC is the same format Tidal and Qobuz use. Decoding it returns the exact bits of the original WAV. Files that were already MP3 or AAC are stored as they are.
09Can I get my files out?
Always. Export your whole library from Settings at any time, on any plan, as the original folder structure.
10Do you look at or share my files?
No. Files are private to your account and encrypted in storage. Sorting runs on file metadata and short audio analysis; nothing is used to train models or shared with anyone.
11What happens if I cancel?
Your library stays readable and downloadable for 30 days after your plan ends. After that it moves to the recycle bin for the recovery period of your last plan, then it’s deleted.
12Can I change plans?
Any time, from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date, as long as your library fits the new plan.
13Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free on any paid plan.
14Is there a plan for labels or studios with multiple people?
